My Glass bottle broke from falling

We're really sorry to hear that. Although our bottles are made from the finest borosilicate glass, they are still vulnerable to impacts like all glass products and require special care while they are transported, used, washed, etc.. To avoid such a thing, we recommend handling the bottle with the utmost care and it will last a lifetime.
