I want to return my bottle and switch it for another. How can I proceed?

Please keep in mind that we are not able to directly exchange goods, so if you decide you would like a different product, you will need to return your order and place a new one, but please act on it within 14 days upon receiving your product. Depending on the original payment, it may take a few weeks to see the refund on your account. Bear in mind you may have to pay for the cost of returning the goods if necessary.

Also please not that we can't offer refund for the price of the personalized caps, because these are goods that were manufactured according to your exact instructions.
