What can I do if my bottle leaks?

EQUA bottles are designed to be 100% leak proof. If this is not the case, please go through the following steps: 

       -  check if you closed your lid tight enough, 

       -  check if the silicone in your lid is firmly attached to the bottom of the lid. 

If your EQUA bottle still leaks, please contact us. We will be more than happy to help you and find a solution. You can claim reclamation for EQUA bottle in 30 days after your purchase.
