Troubleshooting - connection to the APP
First, make sure if your problem is with the connection.
Left: the bottle is connected, the bottle menu should look like this: Right: the bottle is not connecting.
Make sure your bottle is in the reach and your Bluetooth is connected. Try switching Bluetooth off and on again. Try restarting the app. Tap your tracker, if it does not glow, recharge it and try again. If the problem persists, try resetting the tracker. Remove the tracker from the bottle and plug it to the electricity 10 times. If nothing from the above works, please let our support team know your tracker ID and we will look into it.
