I received a broken EQUA bottle. What can I do?
It can happen that the carriers in their rush get rough with the package. If this is the case and your EQUA bottle got broken during transportation, please, send us a picture of it at ask@myequa.com with your order number and shipping information. We will do our best to help you resolve the situation. But please act on it quickly and no later than 2 months after the discovery of the defected product.
