My bottle is connected to another phone. What can I do?
If your tracker is blinking (double tap to check!) it means there is no hardware issue. The problem might be that your bottle connected to another phone.
Please, follow the following simple steps:
1. Make sure there is only one phone in the vicinity with the open Bluetooth connection.
2. Go to your phone's settings and check the connected devices. If you find the EQUA smart bottle there please make sure to delete it.
3. Pair the bottle with the moving gesture - please make sure to check the exact starting position of the tracker in your hand how it has to be faced (facing upwards) and please make sure you count the exact same number of turns - for more info on how to pair the bottle with gestures, please check this video from the 53sec forward - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jiGdmlLpmKE
